Engine automatically manages tickets in your workflow tool depending on their status in Engine. You should rarely need to manage tasks from the Engine app. However, you can manage all of Engine's tasks from the '' page.

From here you can see task status & details, access the repo & pull request, and view Engine's logs. Tasks are sorted by date.

Tasks statuses:

  • RUNNING - Engine is currently working on your task

  • ACTIONABLE - The task requires your input and will appear in your inbox. Check the pull request

  • SUCCEEDED - The task was completed and the pull request was merged

  • CANCELLED - The pull request was closed

  • ERROR - Something went wrong while working on your task. Check the logs or reach out to support

  • NEEDS INFO - Engine needs more info before continuing. Answer Engine's questions directly from your workflow tool and then remove and re-add the label

Click 'Stop' to stop a running task.

You can archive old tasks to clean up your tasks page. Get in touch with us to restore an archived task.
