Engine can do anything a human can.

Engine has unconstrained shell access. It can read and write files and execute shell commands. It also has access to cloud resources to deploy and run anything you build.

Engine is limited by LLM intelligence. It's useful to have some technical experience so you can help Engine along and manage architecture & design.
